As you have already seen, I was fortunate enough to win the History Channel show “Forged in Fire” where I competed against other great knifesmiths. Here is a quick summary of our competition:

The four bladesmiths will be using steel from old nautical equipment to forge weld their signature blade, while being forced to do it using a metal inlay technique. The final two competitors will have just five days to forge the Kachin Dao, a deadly headhunting sword. The winner will claim the title of Forged in Fire champion and the $10,000 cash prize.

Forged In Fire Show

During the competition I had to call upon all my years of knife making to win the competition, but I pulled it off! It was a fun and stressful experience and I’m grateful for all the support of my friends and family.

Since the show has aired I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my knives and if I make custom knives. As you can see if you look around this website, I have posted several of my knives and I do make custom knives for people. the best way to reach me to is use my Contact Form and let me know exactly what you are looking for.

Also, be sure and keep up with me on my Instagram Page where I post a lot of pictures and videos of my process and finished projects.
